The School of Journalism and Mass Communication is home to many clubs and communities for students of all paths. All are designed to help develop and hone the skills for the future of our Bobcats in media

Of course these clubs aren’t exclusive to those in the School, they’re open to anybody who wants to join and learn new skills or find new friendships and connections.

Organizations like the Society of Professional Journalists or College Broadcasters, Inc., open the floor for students to make connections and learn from experienced professionals. Organizations such as the Innovations Club, or the New Photo and Video club, are more tech focused, but all the clubs are hands-on to help students learn about framing, angles, sound, and emerging tech like drones, can make or break your vision. Each club is open to new members.
